Limitation of Liability. 

Notwithstanding anything stating the contrary in these terms and conditions, the Forums shall not be held liable in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), or any representations arising out of or in connection with “Your” use of the Forums, and or content and service including but not limited to (a) any economic losses (including, without limitation, loss of revenues, profits, contracts, data, business, or cost of substitute services); (b) warranties or other rights by any third party; and (c) Under no circumstances shall the Forums be liable to any user due to the user's misuse of the Forums content or services, nor shall the Forums be liable for any matter which is outside the Forums reasonable control.

All notices to the Forums must be sent to the attention of the “M3 Lifestyle, LLC” (official owner of the Forums) Legal Department at the M3 Lifestyle, LLC Headquarters located at “M3 Lifestyle, LLC” 150 10th Street, Cresskill, NJ 07626 USA.


This M3 Terms of Use Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the M3 Terms of Use shall be adjudicated in Bergen County, New Jersey.


By registering with M3, logging-on to M3, and/or entering the M3 Website, you do hereby agree to all of the terms and conditions as described herein.


Should any discrepancies arise in any terms contained in this Agreement and the M3 Website Disclaimer and terms of use Agreement, the terms contained in the M3 Website Disclaimer and terms of use Agreement will take precedence.
