As a nutritionist, Tracy Taylor says she is obsessed with food.  She loves going to farmers markets and grocery stores, and is careful to read nutrition statements on food labels.  With a private practice in nutrition counseling she stays current with food trends and the latest research in nutrition.  Being of the same mindset as the rest of the The M3 Lifestyle team, she pays attention to what she eats and she stays active ... with yoga, hiking and snowboarding.  Tracy is a Certified Nutritionist.  She has a Masters degree in Nutrition Counseling from Bastyr University.
